Welcome to Anupra Co-Working Space (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our workspace facilities, website, or services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before becoming a member or visitor.
1. Membership & Access
- All users must register with valid identification before using any workspace or facility.
- Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared without prior approval.
- Access to the workspace is available during operating hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM), unless otherwise stated in your plan.
2. Payments & Fees
- Membership fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Late payments may result in suspension of access or cancellation of membership.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Use of Premises
- Members are expected to maintain cleanliness and proper behavior in all areas.
- Illegal, offensive, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
- Furniture, fixtures, and office equipment must be used responsibly. Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence will be chargeable to the member.
4. Internet & Technology Use
- The internet service provided is for professional and lawful purposes only.
- Members are not permitted to use the network for any activity that violates local or national laws, including hacking, copyright infringement, or data misuse.
5. Personal Belongings & Security
- Members are responsible for their own belongings.
- Anupra Co-Working Space shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to any personal property or data stored on the premises.
6. Confidentiality & Conduct
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members’ work and conversations.
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of membership.
7. Facility Modifications & Updates
- Anupra Co-Working Space reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any facilities, pricing, or policies without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be available on our official website and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
8. Termination of Membership
- Violation of any of these terms may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund.
- The management reserves the right to deny or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide a safe and productive environment, Anupra Co-Working Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Kota, Rajasthan.
